Installation of fire protection systems
A set of procedures aimed at preventing fires, their timely detection, localization, and effective elimination in case of occurrence.
Contemporary fire protection systems are designed to incorporate technological innovations and meet international safety standards. They can integrate with other building management systems, enabling real-time fire safety monitoring and ensuring reliable protection for residential, commercial, and industrial facilities.

Detailed information
What is covered:
1. Fire alarm systems (FAS)
A hardware complex that identifies fires in their early stages and automatically notify of the hazard. It allows for quick response to threats and implementation of necessary measures.
2. Fire warning and evacuation management systems (WS)
Sound and visual warning systems that notify of fires or other emergency situations. They also coordinate the evacuation process, providing instructions for the safe exit of people.
3. Dispatching systems (DS)
Technological systems that provide real-time monitoring and control of all fire protection subsystems (smoke exhaust, alarm, extinguishing, evacuation, etc.).
4. Automatic fire extinguishing systems (AFES)
Automatic systems activated during a fire outbreak and using different fire suppression techniques such as water, powder, gas, foam, water mist, etc.
5. Internal fire water supply (IFWS)
An internal water supply system that provides water to extinguish fires within the building.
6. External fire water supply (EFWS)
An external water supply system that provides water to extinguish fires outside the building.
7. Fire extinguishing pump station (FEPS)
Dedicated equipment designed to provide water at the appropriate pressure and flow rate, tailored to the requirements of a fire suppression system.
8. Autonomous fire extinguishing systems for local use (AFESLU)
Devices that independently detect signs of fire and release fire-extinguishing agents without human action or external factors.
9. Smoke control systems (SCS)
Systems that eliminate smoke from indoor spaces and evacuation pathways, providing a safe, smoke-free area for people to move through.
10. Lightning protection (LP)
A set of measures and devices that protect buildings from direct lightning strikes and safely conduct their electrical charge into the ground, reducing the risks of fire and damage.
11. Fire protection (FP)
Specialized materials and technologies designed to reduce the flammability of building structures, prevent the spread of fire, and enhance the fire resistance of the facility.
Fire protection system components provided by SCB ensure effective management of fire risks, fast response, and also mitigate dangerous situations.
